Security as necessary + parking + trash disposal is included. Any events extended beyond 12 hours will incur an additional
$450 charge per hour
A $500 refundable damage deposit is required.
$500 additional charge to relocate the tent.
A 50% down payment is due at booking.
50% of the down payment is refundable.
The balance is due within 7 days of the event.
A 5% discount for an event paid in full the day of booking.
A $150 discount for 99 guests or less when alcohol is not served.
